REC: Hants & Surrey Tour 26/9/53
This was the first railtour charted by the Railway Enthusiasts Club at Farnborough and apparently started at North Camp. The motive power for much of the tour was provided by Drummond L12 no. 30434 which, by this time, was already last of its class in service and would survive until February 1955 allocated to Guildford throughout.
Here we see the rear end of 30434's tender as water is taken on board at Guildford.
