There was seemingly no end to the ingenuity of railtour planners when it came to routes and motive power. This tour started at Marylebone in the heart of London with a pair of former MS&LR Parker N5 0-6-2T's, 69257 and 69313, as the motive power and went to Waterloo via the bluebell line, Brighton, Hayling Island and Portsmouth Harbour.
Depicted here at Havant, the motive power for the Hayling Island leg of the tour was a pair of Stroudley A1X 'Terriers' nos. 32636 and 36250.
