The renowned Silver Jubilee titled train crosses Barnby Moor with LNER Gresley A4 pacific no 2512 Silver Fox in charge circa 1936. Silver Fox was one of the first batch of this class to be built in 1935 and would be a King's Cross shed favourite from new until June 1963 when it was transferred to Peterborough's New England shed until withdrawal in October of the same year. The LNER's 1946 renumbering scheme saw '17' being applied to this loco which became 60017 in April 1949 under the auspices of BR.
